We rank related conditions this way to put the more significant ones at the top. For example, in the related conditions list for Migraine, Cluster Headaches gets a higher score than Depression, even though a greater % of respondents report having Depression than Cluster Headaches. This is because Depression is linked to many more conditions than Cluster Headaches. Cluster Headaches is more particularly associated with Migraine.
