I experienced extreme dizziness, nausea, headache, depressed mood, as well as blurred vision and sudden flashes of light/sudden dizzy spells (warning signs of stroke), so I had to discontinue the ring after only 7 days. Wikipedia says adverse side effects occur in up to 15% of women.
