Yes! -For 3 months I have comitted to eating perfectly and living perfectly as much as possible away from endocrine disruptors and anything un-natural. I've been determined to get my body healthy again by avoiding anything that could be interfering with it's natural balance. I eat 100% organic, no processed sugar, eat from all the food groups, and avoid high estrogenic food/herbs. In combination with natural vitamins/supplements, I have restored my hormonal cycle again in almost a perfect 28 day period which has significantly diminshed vulvodynia and vestibulitus. It has also helped with my hypoglycemia. Unfortunately it is not perfect yet, and I still have severe headaches.
