I've had nothing but positive experiences with Aleve. Sometime it seems like the only thing that will work besides a hospital trip for a shot of toradol. I highly recommend the over-the-counter version of naproxen - Alleve.

Initially I was given prescription strengths of naproxen (550mg up to 2X per day)as a migraine treatment but ended up almost dying from a nosebleed caused by taking so much of this drug. I now only use OTC doses of naproxen for muscle pain.
