Usually 4 advil and chugging a coke will decrease the pain and slowly get rid of the aura.

Advil Migraine pills have helped if I take them when I'm feeling fatigue or some of the distant (1 day before migraine) symptoms. However, I usually don't want to take it because, at that point, I'm not completely sure if I'm even going to get a migraine.
