Stops the aura in 30 minutes or so, and shuts down the migraine before the throbbing pain can set in. Provided it's taken in time.

My miracle drug. I could not survive without Relpax. I just have problems with my insurance not allowing me enough to make it through the month.

A miracle! Knocks it out, but does make me a bit drowsy, makes my body feel as heavy as a pile of bricks.

Relpax works best for me of all the triptans, with almost no side effects.

Worked for about 1.5 years - then started having no effect.

After trying both Maxalt and Imitrex, which worked for a while then became less effective, I am now taking Relpax as my rescue med. I combine a 40mg pill with 500mg Napoxen Sodium and 8mg of Zofran, as the first two give me nausea. This is usually very effective as a treatment, but I find that this is also becoming less effective the longer I take it.
