Anyone who gets migraines should try adding CoQ10 to their diet. I take 200mg a day and it has decreased the number of migraines I get every month. The other poster is correct--it is about $30/month and if you stop taking it for more than a day or two, you will probably get a migraine. The extra energy it provides is a nice bonus.

Been taking it for a year now,i think it helps a little and with migraine we can use any help we can get.More than that, i feel it really energises me and i have more stamina during my work out.Only problem is ,its extremely expensive and what i've noticed with supplements is that whether they help you much or not ,once you stop them the headaches seem to become worse. So,you just continue taking them anyway.
