Hasn't been effective for me. I'm nervous reading about stopping taking this. Do you have to ween yourself off it slowly then? I don't think that I want to take this forever as it hasn't been doing me any good.

Initially feverfew did help,it brought down the intensity of the attacks i had, still does, but a word of caution, discontinuing it leads to debilitating and continuous migraines. Also all brands are not effective.I use BOOTS FEVEREFEW from U.K. W hen i tried a brand called MIGRELIEF from the U.S.,it was not effective and i suffered horrible migraines till i went back to the earlier brand.

I have tried a variety of herbal remedies such as feverfew and vitamin compounds which included B vitamins which are labelled as helpful. Not much relief.
